Indigenous Rights Remain Same

as always. AFN bars Aboriginals from lands and waters with agreements from the crowns for land grants and ‘management agrements.’ AFN then has its own laws for barring Aboriginals beyond claims to indigenous lands and waters. If you are a banded Aboriginal there is further barring from AFN claimed lands and waters.

Indigenous lands and waters have always been used by Aboriginals and newest claims by successful colonies and crown grants to them have not changed what has always been indigenous. The last thirty years have just been a true reflection and assumption of original European colonization by the AFN.
