abd they pay AFN and AFN party members to perform the services.  Problem?  Majority Aboriginals are not consulted or included; even excusing territorial ‘community.’  The standards aren’t there as with formal, community based education – something AFN is giving up in 2014 to provinces and NDP.  Also, AFN racial purity laws are in play as well as AFB banning other Aboriginals – even AFN banded Aboriginals from their land – and training and employment. 

Obviously, unfair and wrong.
